Program Participation
Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone based on our discretion.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon registration unless otherwise specified.
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI and Online Payments.
Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the program.
- Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the programs are the intellectual property of Deep Immersion and are for personal use only.
- Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
- Deep Immersion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Calicut.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Deep Immersion, we strive to provide transformative experiences through our programs. We understand that plans may change, and we have established a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation by Participants
- 30 Days or More Before Program Start: A full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of 25%
- 15-29 Days Before Program Start: 50% of the program fee will be refunded.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Program Start: No refunds will be provided, as logistical and accommodation arrangements will have been finalized.
Cancellation by Deep Immersion
- In the unlikely event that we cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:
- A full refund of the program fee, or
- The option to reschedule for a future program
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@deepimmersion.in
. - Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Transfers & Credits
- Instead of canceling, participants may transfer their booking to a future session (subject to availability).
- If eligible, a credit may be issued for use within 12 months from the original program date.
No-Show Policy
- If a participant does not attend the program without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
